Ames Police Blotter: Public Intoxication

Feb. 16

Michael Elfgen, 32, Apple Place, was charged with public intoxication at 3:29 a.m.

Garret Gustafson, 21, Lincoln, was charged with public intoxication at 6:48 a.m.

Thok Khat, 18, Delaware Ave., was charged with fifth-degree theft and possession of stolen property at 4:54 p.m.

Christopher Niebur, 21, Coconino Road, was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense; and possession of a controlled substance at 1:18 a.m.

Joshua Randall, 32, Apple Place, was charged with public intoxication, second offense; at 11:11 p.m.

Malachi Woods, 23, Nevada, was charged with failure to prove security against liability and barred as a habitual offender at 2:19 a.m.

Feb. 17

James Coppinger, 39, George Washington Carver, was charged with disorderly conduct at 2:32 a.m.

Tyler Fisher, 22, Coconino Drive, was charged with public intoxication at 2:05 a.m.

Thomas McGregor, 21, Coconino Road, was charged with public intoxication at 2:05 a.m.

Erik Witt, 33, Story City, was charged with disorderly conduct at 2:32 a.m.

Feb. 18

Caroline Enriquez, 21, Wood Street, was charged with driving while revoked at 4:26 p.m.

Robert Morgan, 31, Story City, was charged with driving while revoked, driving under suspension and possession of stolen property at 10:50 a.m.

Rianna Willson Janssen, 19, Pinon Drive, was charged with third-degree theft at 2:07 p.m.
