Kayla Haas, 33, 190^th Street, was charged with a registration violation, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under suspension, operating while intoxicated, first offense; and open container at 10 a.m.

Angela Lybarger, 36, Beedle Drive, was charged with child endangerment and possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, driving while barred and contempt of court at 9:40 p.m.

David Pratt, 50, N. Sherman Ave., was charged with public intoxication, third offense at 3:22 p.m.

April Stevens, 21, Frill Drive, was charged with driving under suspension at 3 p.m.

Joshua Weatherspoon, 23, Westbrook Drive, was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense; at 9:45 p.m.

Oct. 27

Kimberly Buss, 25, Tripp Street, was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense at 9:18 p.m.

Jolynn Evans, 34, West Des Moines, was charged with second-degree theft at 6:55 p.m.

Thomas Finken, 19, Knotty Loop, was charged with disorderly conduct and unlawful possession of a prescription drug and possession of alcohol at 1:10 a.m.

James Lampe, 30, Northwestern Ave., was charged with a documented work release violation at 10 a.m.

Joshua Raven, 25, Twain Circle, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, obstruction of emergency communications, and simple assault at 4:15 a.m.

Gilberto Sa, 18, Estherville, was charged with public intoxication, first offense; at 6:07 a.m.

Samuel Schwery, 19, Harlan, was charged with interference with official acts at 1 a.m.

Anthony Sereg, 20, Des Moines, was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense at 2:20 a.m.

Mark Beascochea, 20, Ogden, was charged with serious assault and public intoxication, first offense; and third-degree criminal mischief at 6:40 a.m.

Matthew Clarken, 22, Iowa City, was charged with public intoxication, first offense at 2:45 a.m.

Brock Darling, 21, Ross Road, was charged with public intoxication, first offense at 1:04 a.m.

Jarid Richards, 22, Des Moines, was charged with public intoxication at 2:05 a.m.

Kevin Kuehn, 21, Stange Road, was charged with striking an unattended vehicle and operating while intoxicated, first offense; at 11:35 p.m.
