Jerra R. Magnuson, 22, Gateway Hills Park Drive, was charged with failure to affix a drug tax stamp and possession with intent to deliver marijuana at 4 p.m.

Tony G. Peeples, 46, Des Moines, was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense; at 11:12 p.m.

Eddie E. Williams, 27, Gateway Hills Park Drive, was charged with fifth-degree criminal mischief, reckless use of a firearm, two counts of felon in possession of a firearm, false reports to law enforcement authorities, possession with intent to deliver marijuana and failure to affix a drug tax stamp at 2:45 p.m.

June 22

Cassidy A. Cirks, 20, Billy Sunday Road, was charged with operating while intoxicated, second offense; and driving on the wrong side of the highway at 2:29 a.m.

Jay B. Brummel, 22, Cedar Falls, was charged with public intoxication at 1:05 a.m.

June 23

Sara V. Dickinson, 20, Beach Avenue, was charged with public intoxication at 1:22 a.m.

Logan M. Kraft, 21, Gray Ave., was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense; and failure to use headlamps when required, at 1:10 a.m.

Jeffrey A. Leach, 52, X Ave., was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense; and driving under suspension at 7:20 p.m.

June 24

Anna H. Gilbertson, 38, E. 7th Street, was charged with second-degree theft, shoplifting at 4 a.m.

Anthony M. Odom, 22, Huxley, was charged with operating while intoxicated, second offense; at 3:02 a.m.
