Mandy D. Bieber, 29, Billy Sunday Road, was charged with driving while barred and excessive speed at 1:05 a.m.
Andre M. Brisbon, 23, Roy Key Ave., was charged with assault and disorderly conduct at 4:43 a.m.
Levarn Davis, 38, Dotson Drive, was charged with disorderly conduct and interference with official acts at 10:17 a.m.
Michael T. Mather, 28, Boone, was charged with failure to maintain control and operating while intoxicated, first offense; at 2:26 a.m.
Adam R. Olson, 25, Douglas Ave., was charged with public intoxication at 2:15 a.m.
Marcy J. Wilkins, 44, Ottumwa, was charged with fifth-degree theft – shoplifting, and driving under suspension at 5:40 p.m.

Devontez D. Voigts, 19, Tripp Street, was charged with fourth-degree theft at 1:27 a.m.

Chen-Yu Yang, 22, Marigold Drive, was charged with possession of a controlled substance at 10:05 p.m.

William R. Krock, 24, Lincoln Way, was charged with serious domestic assault, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia at 3 a.m. Krock is accused of striking his girlfriend several times about her face and head, according to criminal complaints. The woman had several abrasions and swelling to her face and head, complaints said.

Breanne K. Opitz, 26, Aspen Drive, was charged with operating while intoxicated, second offense; and fail to yield upon entering through highway at 8:10 p.m.
