Brewer's Closed Wednesday, to Reopen as Brick City Grill

Brewer's on Stange Road closed after 10 years in business.

Brewer's closed 1 a.m. Wednesday after a decade of successful business.

The upscale bar serving cocktails, beer, wine and appetizers recently celebrated its 10^th anniversary in October said Co-owner Kristen Brewer.

The space won't go unused for long. It will soon reopen under a new owner and with a new name: Brick City Grill.

The restaurant wasn't for sale, said Brewer, but Jason Mikkelsen was looking for a restaurant to buy and spoke to the Brewers, Brewer said.

“We are honored that someone wanted to buy something we created,” Brewer said.
