People searching for a unique Valentine's Day flower should find plenty at Reiman Gardens fourth annual Orchid Fest from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

Exotic orchids will be available for purchase and on display. Presentations include Tom Hillson's “Orchid Care 101” 10 a.m. Saturday and 1 p.m. Sunday. Carson Whitlow will present “Iowa Orchids” 2:30p.m. Sunday. Preregistration is encouraged. Visit reimangardens.com or call 515-294-2710.

Wizard of Oz

The Story Theater Company will present “The Wonderful Wizard of Oz” 7 p.m. Friday, and 2 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at the Ames City Auditorium. Tickets are $6.

Paperweight Hearts

Anyone can make a heart paperweight at Ciccotti Art Glass Workshop at 10 a.m. Saturday. The cost of the class is $35.

Valentine's Friendship Skate

The City of Ames will host a Valentine's Friendship Skate at 2 p.m. Sunday. The cost is $2.75.

Erin McKeown with Jenn Grant

Erin Mckeown and Jenn Grant will perform 9 p.m. Friday at the Maintenance Shop. Tickets are $12 at the door. Students receive a discount.

Not Now Darling

Ames local community theater ACTORS continues its presentation of “Not Now Darling” an adult comedy about affairs and mistaken identities. Tickets are $15 and are available at Gallery 319 as well as the ticket window. Shows are 7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 2 p.m. Feb. 10.

Miranda Lambert: Locked and Re-Loaded tour stops in Ames with Dierks Bentley and Lee Brice.

Fleetwood Mac: Fleetwood Mac plans to make a stop at the Wells Fargo Arena on June 26 to celebrate the 35^th anniversary of the Rumours album. Tickets range from $49 to $149 plus fees through dahlstickets.com. The line up includes original members Mick Fleetwood and John McVie and Lindsey Buckingham and Stevie Nicks.

Jon Bon Jovi: The New Jersey rocker and his band will return to Des Moines on April 14 on the "Because We Can" Tour. Ticket prices start at $19.50.
 The event takes place at Wells Fargo Arena, Des Moines

Taylor Swift: Country star Taylor Swift returns to Wells Fargo Arena on Aug. 1 with her Red tour. Tickets are on sale through dahls.tickets.com. Tickets range from $31.50 to $86.50 plus fees.

Justin Bieber: Pop star Justin Bieber will also make an appearance at the Wells Fargo Arena on July 7. Tickets are on sale now. Tickets range from $40 to $95.
