Global Reach Recognized For Fast Growth

Global Reach, a web development firm in Iowa State University's Research Park, has been recognized as one of the fastest-growing, privately-held companies in the state, Business Week reports.

Inc. Magazine placed the company on its 500/5000 list. The company was the 12th fastest growing company in the state.

All companies on the Inc. list “are hidden champions of job growth and innovation, the real muscle of the American economy,” Inc. Editor Eric Schurenberg told Business Week.

Ames Patch reported in 2012 that Global Reach increased its workforce by 50 percent in 2011 and struggled to find employees with the needed skills even during a recession.
