Gun Permits Soar in Story County in December
Story County issued 104 gun permits in December, which is by far the most in months.
Story County issued 104 gun permits in December.
That is the most permits issued since Patch began tracking gun permits in June. The number ramped up in November when 94 were issued, but prior to that montly permits were in the 40s, 50s and 60s.
Nationally, gun sales have been serging since the mass shooting in Newtown, CT.
