ISU Offers Free Help for 2012 Tax Returns
Iowa State University's business college is offering free help to federal income tax filers. People can make appointments now.

Iowa State University accounting students will be offering free tax preparation services through the IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program for anyone who earned less than $51,000 in 2012.

Tax help will be provided in 2148 Gerdin Business Building on the Iowa State University campus from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. Tuesdays, and from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesdays and Thursdays starting Tuesday, February 19.

Assistance will be available on these days through Thursday, April 11, except for the week of March 18-22 when students at Iowa State are on spring break.
