Last Chance to Vote Early

The Story County Auditor's Office will be open for early voting from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. today.

The Story County Auditor’s Office is located at 900 6^th Street, Nevada.

About 25 percent of the county's registered voters cast a ballot so far. In 2008, 64 percent of registered voters participated in the general election.

An absentee ballot received in the mail can be returned in an envelope with pre-paid postage postmarked by Monday, in person at the Auditor's Office by 9 p.m. Tuesday or by designating someone else to mail or deliver it for you.
