
A Nevada man was charged with domestic assault with injury, a Class D felony, for allegedly punching and choking a woman Friday, according to criminal complaints.
Nevada Police were called to a Nevada address for a report of a fight on June 14 and charged Bryce Daniel Muschick, 27, with assault, according to complaints. The woman told police that Muschick had applied pressure to her throat so that she could not breathe and punched her twice in the face, complaints said.Β

The domestic assault charge is a Class D felony, punishable by up to five years in prison. Muschick remains in the Story County Jail on a $5,000 bond.
