Aug. 11

Misbakh Alam Abbasi, 27, North Dakota Ave., was charged with third-degree theft at 4 p.m.

Madison Brittan Hosey, 19, Indianola, was charged with public intoxication at 1:47 a.m.

Aug. 12

Robbin Christine McClain, 24, Des Moines, was charged with assault with intent to commit serious injury at 1:50 p.m.

Steven Michael Morlan, 41, Omaha, NEB., was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, public intoxication and possession of stolen property at 2:14 a.m.

Joshua Micheal Woodvine, 23, Linden, was charged with assault with injury, simple assault at 7:45 a.m.

Aug. 13

Anthony Lopez Romero, 46, Toronto Street, was charged with a probation violation at 8:40 a.m.

Joseph Anthony Rodriguez, 19, Grimes, was charged with driving under suspension at 9 a.m.

Craig Allen Valline, 43, Grand Avenue, was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense; and failure to obey a stop or yield sign at 10:14 p.m.

Aug. 14

Adolfo Alvaro Ninaquispe, 29, Orion Drive, was charged with operating while intoxicated, third offense; at 3:15 a.m.

Austin Lee Wilkinson, 29, Dickinson, North Dakota, was charged with public intoxication at 2 a.m.
