Elijah M. Combs, 21, Lincoln Way, was charged with domestic assault with injury, operating while intoxicated, first offense; and driving under suspension at 8:23 p.m.
Dee Dee Burke, 33, S. Kellogg Ave., was charged with fifth-degree theft at 4:18 p.m.
Erica Dawn Nichols, 45, Des Moines, was charged with first-degree harassment at 8:40 a.m.
Richard A. Scuoteguazza, 51, Tripp Street, was charged with interference with official acts, and calling 911 for a non-emergency at 8:27 p.m.
Daniel S. Sexton, 28, Mortensen Road, was charged with driving while barred, operation without registration, and failure to prove security against liability at 11:38 a.m.
Michael S. Yokiel, 32, Barr Drive, was charged with public intoxication, second offense; at 11:49 p.m.

LaDawn E. Colvin, 44, E. Lincoln Way, was charged with driving while revoked at 5:59 p.m.
Anna H. Gilbertson, 39, E. 7th Street, was charged with third-degree theft at 5:36 p.m.
Teresa A. O'Brien, 53, Idaho Ave., was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense; at 2 p.m.
July 31
Matthew Allan Braun, 26, Welch Ave., was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, delivery and failure to affix a tax stamp at 9:20 p.m.
Matthew J. Nordin, 44, Gowrie, was charged with fourth-degree theft at 10:03 p.m.
Shaun M. Troxel, 35, Kellogg Avenue, was charged with public intoxication at 9:02 p.m.
Ronnie L. Vang, 30, homeless, was charged with fifth-degree theft, public intoxication and a parole violation at 7:09 p.m.

Brandon Christopher Ripley, 31, White Oak Drive, was charged with possession of a controlled substance at 1:01 a.m.
Harmit Singh, 25, Campus Ave., was charged with assault with injury at 5:49 p.m.

Daniel J. Haskin, 34, Tripp Street, was charged with operating while intoxicated, second offense; and failure to obey traffic control device at 2:20 a.m.
Andrew B. Weber, 20, Knapp Street, was charged with public intoxication at 3:46 a.m.
