Jose A. Quinones-Delafuente, 56, Mission, TX., was charged with assault while displaying a weapon at 8:32 a.m.

Andre D. Taylor, 22, Kellogg Ave., was charged with third-degree theft at 4:50 p.m.

July 25

Tristan K. Nelson, 24, address unknown, was charged with contempt for a violation of a no-contact or protective order at 3:22 p.m.

Daniel J. Schaben, 20, Hunt Street, was charged with fifth-degree theft at 12:50 a.m.

David D. Willis, 31, Marshalltown, was charged with a probation violation, and domestic assault with injury at 12:30 a.m.

July 26

Lauren A. Darnold, 21, Waverly, was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense; at 3:07 a.m.

Mathew Laureano Rivera, 20, Aspen Road, was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense; and failure to use headlamps when required at 4:50 a.m.
