Jacob D. Graber, 21, N. Dakota Ave., was charged with possession/drug delivery and failure to affix a tax stamp at 6:35 p.m.

Aug. 24

Eric E. Bass, 19, Grand Ave., was charged with public intoxication, interference with official acts and possession of alcohol under legal age at 12:10 a.m.

Jeremy P. Baughman, 21, Knapp Street, was charged with public intoxication and nuisance party regulations at 12:42 a.m.

Tanner D. Boyle, 18, Union Drive, was charged with consumption of alcohol by a minor at 9:29 p.m.

Chad L. Christensen, 18, Atlantic, was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense; at 5:25 a.m.

Ryan L. Felts, 20, Maricopa Drive, was charged with consumption of alcohol by a minor at 7:35 p.m.

Jacob S. Frazier-Flores, 18, Union Drive, was charged with consumption of alcohol by a minor and misuse of license or ID card to acquire alcohol at 9:29 p.m.

Luke J. Gosse, 19, Gray Ave., was charged with consumption of alcohol by a minor at 8:46 p.m.

Rakeesh C. Hannah, 23, Story Street, was charged with fifth-degree theft at 3:13 a.m.

Alexander J. Hillyer, 19, Cedar Rapids, was charged with consumption of alcohol by a minor at 9:29 p.m.

Nathaniel P. Ihrig, 21, Story Street, was charged with selling or giving alcohol to a person under 21 years of age at 7:35 p.m.

Alfred C. Mata, 57, E. 7th Street, was charged with simple domestic assault and a parole or probation revocation at 7:50 p.m.

Colby S. Piper, 21, Knapp Street, was charged with nuisance party regulations at 12:43 a.m.

Donovan C. Richardson, 22, Gray Ave., was charged with selling or giving alcohol to a person under 21 years of age at 8:50 p.m.

Brenton A. Dahlstron, 21, Lincoln Way, was charged with nuisance party regulations, and a noise violation at 11:55 p.m.

William A. Henrich, 20, Dickinson Ave., was charged with operating a vehicle without owner's consent and third-degree burglary at 2:49 a.m.

Keri S. Kain, 38, Kansas Drive, was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense; and striking an unattended vehicle at 2:51 a.m.

Scott A. Peterson, 31, Idaho Ave., was charged with public intoxication at 12:01 a.m.

Eric A. Spickermann, 22, New Liberty, was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense; and failure to maintain control at 12:46 a.m.

Rebecca L. Thompson, 39, Bondurant, was charged with fourth-degree theft at 4:20 p.m.
