Jeremy P. Baughman, 21, Knapp Street, was charged with public intoxication and nuisance party regulations at 12:42 a.m.
Tanner D. Boyle, 18, Union Drive, was charged with consumption of alcohol by a minor at 9:29 p.m.
Chad L. Christensen, 18, Atlantic, was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense; at 5:25 a.m.
