Elysee B. Botembe, 24, Schilletter Village, was charged with fifth-degree theft and credit card fraud at 4:02 p.m.

Rodney D. Hampton, 32, Welch Ave., was charged with second-degree theft at 1:36 a.m.

Donnie W. Saunders, 29, Des Moines, was charged with second-degree theft at 3 p.m.

Aug. 15

Clarence Castile, 30, Ontario Street, was charged with domestic assault with injury, simple assault at 10:30 p.m.

Marcus S. Cross, 37, Boone, was charged with third-degree burglary and possession of burglary tools at 12:58 a.m.

Dustin R. Evans, 30, Sherman Ave., was charged with violation of work rules at 3:18 p.m.

Jordan A. Luckey, 20, Tripp Street, was charged with domestic assault with injury, simple assault at 1 a.m.

Dustin A. Scott, 23, Nevada, was charged with public intoxication and interference with official acts and contempt at 1:05 p.m.

Aug. 16

Martin R. Hartnett, 21, Webster City, was charged with public intoxication at 1:05 a.m.

Brittany E. Palmer, 23, Welch Ave., was charged with simulated public intoxication, third or subsequent offense; at 1:46 a.m.

Christopher J. Ramirez, 20, Hayward Ave., was charged with fifth-degree shoplifting at 4:45 a.m.

Daniel R. Smith, 34, Lincoln Highway, was charged with public intoxication at 1:30 a.m.
