Dane M. Jensen, 20, Evergreen Road, was charged with possession of alcohol under legal age at 12:14 a.m.

Taylor G. Schimelfenig, 21, Story Street, was charged with nuisance party regulations at 12:14 a.m.

Aug. 19

Marshall D. Welch, 42, Des Moines, was charged with second-degree theft at 4:30 p.m.

Aug. 20

Keasi D. Amartey, 28, Chamberlain Street, was charged with driving while barred at 8:30 a.m.

Kyle S. Castle, 21, Knapp Street, was charged with public intoxication at 11:33 p.m.

Taylor D. Farnham, 19, Hemingway Drive, was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense; at 2:50 a.m.

Michael R. Owings, 61, Ninth Street, was charged with harassment at 10 a.m.

Matthew M. Porter, 25, Hunt Street, was charged with public intoxication at 12:26 a.m.

Jimmie L. Bennett, 43, homless, was charged with disorderly conduct and public intoxication at 3:02 a.m.

Walter F. Cortez, 20, Urbandale, was charged with contempt of court at 6 a.m.

Bryan R. Graham, 21, Douglas Ave., was charged with third-degree criminal mischief at 6:15 p.m.

Gage A. Menkosky, 19, Scottsdale, AZ., was charged with public intoxication at 12:12 a.m.

Michael R. Owings, 61, Ninth Street, was charged with harassment at 7:30 p.m.

Antoine L. Taylor, 19, Chicago, Ill., was charged with drug possession/delivery of marijuana at 4 p.m.

Jacob A. Zink, 26, E. Lincoln Way, was charged with disorderly conduct and public intoxication at 3:02 a.m.

Jonathan E. Anyaogu, 22, Stanton Ave., was charged with public intoxication at 11:27 p.m.

Crystal A. Beadle, 38, Des Moines, was charged with disorderly conduct at 10:31 a.m.

Clayton A. Nida, 22, Steinbeck Street, was charged with public intoxication at 1:35 a.m.

Mark A. Pierce, 36, Nevada, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief at 10:10 a.m.

Joshua A. Walker, 19, Colfax, was charged with third-degree burglary, attempted third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief, public intoxication and interference with official acts at 1:45 a.m.
