Amy Simmonds, 24, S. Grand Avenue, was charged with public intoxication at 12:43 a.m. at 100 Main Street.

March 31
Michael Aagesen, 26, Kansas Drive, was charged with turning from an improper lane, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance at 1:10 a.m. at 2700 Lincoln Way.
Janika Herron, 21, Lincoln Swing, was charged with simple domestic assault and interference with official acts, simple assault; at 8:29 p.m.
Tobias Torres, 24, Ash Ave., was charged with contributing alcohol at 12:51 a.m.
Brittney Wrabek, 22, Ontario Street, was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense; at 2:42 a.m. 3836 Ontario Street.
April 3
Dennis Carrel, 66, of Des Moines, was charged with contempt of court at 2:45 p.m.
Shawne Goodman, 47, Kingsbury Ave., was charged with possession of a controlled substance-marijuana, second offense; and possession of drug paraphernalia at 5:45 p.m.
Andres Vasquez, 28, Story City, was charged with driving while barred at 9:47 a.m.
