Emily L. Hayes, 24, Sherman Ave., was charged with a parole/probation revocation at 3:30 p.m.

Aug. 7

Frank L. Brown, 53, S. Kellogg Ave., was charged with failure to comply with sex offender registry at 3:11 p.m.

Timothy D. Emery, 46, Lincoln Way, was charged with consumption/intoxication, third or subsequent offense at 1:22 p.m.

Erik A. Maczko, 23, Prospect Heights, IIL., was charged with public intoxication at 1:45 a.m.

Zachary D. Saxton, 20, Orange Avenue, was charged with a probation/parole revocation at 12:40 a.m.

Kory N. Swearngin, 22, Nevada, was charged with disorderly conduct at 7:15 p.m.

Aug. 8

William D. Gay, 37, Marston Ave., was charged with public intoxication at 5:24 a.m.

April J. Stevens, 22, Freel Drive, was charged with failure to appear non-felony at 1:15 a.m.
