Police Blotter: Lascivious Acts With a Child

Police Blotter April 15 to April 19

Ames Police assisted the US Marshall's office in arresting Jonathan Burton, 24, of Pinon Road on sex abuse charges Thursday afternoon.

Burton was wanted on a warrant out of Texas.

He has been charged with lascivious acts with a child. Police had no other information on the charges.

April 15

Anthony Cam, 22, Maricopa Drive, was charged with nuisance party regulations at 10:41 p.m.

April 16

Riley Bacon, 19, Maricopa Drive, was charged with nuisance party regulations at 10:41 p.m.

Hadley Bickford, 19, Union Drive, was charged with fifth-degree shoplifting at 4:58 p.m.

April 17

Iirma Alic, 21, Stanton Ave., was charged with nuisance party regulations at 8:34 p.m.

Indira Alic, 21, Stanton Ave., was charged with nuisance party regulations at 8:34 p.m.

Kyle Barnett-McLaughlin, 25, Toronto Street, was charged with contempt of court at 5:59 a.m.

Stephanie Beardsley, 34, Des Moines, was charged with second-degree theft at 12:45 p.m. The charge is related to a Nissan Maxima stolen from the 300 block of Main Street on Jan. 24

Robert Dolph, 27, homeless, was charged with possession of methamphetamine precursors, possession of drug paraphernalia, and carrying a dangerous weapon.

Clinton Gross, 20, Stanton Ave., was charged with possession of alcohol under legal age at 8:34 p.m.

Kyle Fink, 20, Cedar Falls, was charged with possession of alcohol under legal age at 8:34 p.m.

Mitchel Steffes, 23, S. Hyland Ave., was charged with nuisance party regulations.

Justin Stewart, 20, Billy Sunday Road, was charged with possession of alcohol under legal age at 8:34 p.m.

Jacob Waugh, 19, Iowa City, was charged with simple assault, fifth-degree criminal mischief, and public intoxication at 5:09 a.m. 

Joseph Yeazel, 26, Toronto Street, was charged with contempt of court at 5:27 a.m.

April 18

Jonathan Burton, 24, Pinon Drive, was charged with lascivious acts with a child at 1:45 p.m.

Tyler Raygor, 21, Hunt Street, was charged with public intoxication at 1:30 a.m.

Adam Walker, 22, Adel, was charged with public intoxication at 12:40 a.m.

April 19

Colton Nebel, 21, Coy Street, was charged with disorderly conduct and public intoxication at 1:17 a.m.

Jeffrey Nystel, 24, Woodland Street, was charged with public intoxication at 2:16 a.m.
