Brandon J. Bowman, 24, Rockwell Ave., was charged with second-degree theft, operating a vehicle without owners consent, second-degree criminal mischief, fifth-degree criminal mischief and two counts of public intoxication.
Anthony W. Taylor, 24, Chicago, was charged with failure to appear at 12:20 a.m.
July 28
Kathrine D. Ferrell, 30, Huxley, was charged with driving while barred and providing false identification information at 12:38 a.m.
Robert P. Kimbrough, 23, Des Moines, was charged with simple domestic assault at 2 a.m.
Cameron K. Peterson, 23, Boundurant, was charged with public intoxication and trespass with intent to commit a public offense at 2:42 a.m.
Deshawn L. Powell, 18, 440 E. Seventh Street, was charged with disorderly conduct at 1:56 a.m.
Francis J. Schneider, 22, Brown Court, was charged with driving while revoked, failure to prove security against liability, improper overtaking on the right and leaving the scene of a traffic accident at 7:41 p.m.
Gabriel J. Snodgrass, 19, Bettendorf, was charged with possession of alcohol under legal age and false report to law enforcement at 3 a.m.
Brett M. Wills, 19, Eagan, MN., was charged with interference with official acts, at 12:30 a.m.
