July 12

Brian Bonacci, 18, Frederickson Court, was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense; at 11:25 p.m.

Eric Hansel, 20, Frederickson Court, was charged with drunkenness and public intoxication at 11:50 p.m.

Dominic L. Lee, 21, 915 6th Street, was charged with failure to have a valid license or permit while operating a motor vehicle and arrested on a Boone County warrant for domestic assault with injury at 1:21 a.m.

Casey A. Kraus, 29, Walnut Street, was charged with a probation violation reference a second-degree burglary conviction at 4:10 p.m.

July 13

Drake R. Ferch, 21, S. Grand Ave., was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense; and driving on the wrong side of a two-way highway at 2:22 a.m.

Kimberly R. Griggs, 29, Lincoln Swing, was charged with animal neglect at 8 a.m.

David H. Schmidt, 53, Ken Maril Road, was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense; and excessive speed at 12:46 a.m.

Dwight Taylor, 26, Lincoln Way, was charged with false imprisonment, obstruction of emergency communication and extortion at 3:47 p.m.

Brandon D. Washington, 25, Tripp Street, was charged with driving while barred at 8:30 a.m.

July 14

Mohamed I. Atroon, 18, Dotson Drive, was charged with consumption of alcohol by a minor at 3:20 p.m.

July 15

Jose E. Batres, 52, S. Second Street, was charged with a parole violation at 4:35 p.m.

Samuel W. Borner, 26, Delras Beach, FLA., was charged with a transient merchant violation at 4:02 p.m.

Tiffany A. Bugg, 20, Delras Beach, FLA., was charged with a transient merchant violation at 4:02 p.m.

Ambrose L. Strohman, 19, White Oak Circle, was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense; and excessive speed at 4:04 a.m.

July 16

Angela D. Arms, 41, Jefferson, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, third or subsequent offense, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating while intoxicated, first offense; operating without registration and failure to prove security against liability at 1:29 a.m.

July 17

Nicholas D. Shuey, 22, Huxley, was charged with public intoxication at 3:25 a.m.
