Brian S. Moran, 36, Melbourne, was charged with failure to appear at 8:14 a.m.

Natoya S. Varnell, 31, East Lincoln Way, was charged with contempt of court at 9 p.m.

Aug. 17

Shiva R. Adhikari, 28, Lincoln Way, was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense; at 2:15 a.m.

Bryant W. Coberly, 21, Iowa City, was charged with disorderly conduct at 11:25 p.m.

Ralph W. Ellis, 29, Des Moines, was charged with driving while revoked and fifth-degree theft at 12:01 a.m.

Ruslans Ginko, 37, Florida Ave., was charged with public intoxication at 12:01 a.m.

Jacob T. Paone, 20, Marshalltown, was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense; used of electronic communication device while driving and failure to maintain control and failure to prove security against liability at 12:28 a.m.

Cory V. Robertson, 25, E. Lincoln Way, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia at 4:16 a.m.

Ryan R. Robinson, 25, Breckinridge Court, was charged with public intoxication at 2:01 a.m.
