Jeffrey P. Richardson, 46, Woodstock Ave., was charged with driving while revoked and driving under suspension at 7:33 a.m.

John E. Elsenbast, 19, Bayberry Road, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia at 9:30 p.m.

Susan T. Fessler, 62, Huxley, was charged with operating while intoxicated, third offense; at 5:12 p.m.

Peat E. Genovese Ruiz, 41, Cambridge, was charged with driving while barred and operating without registration at 1:36 p.m.

Ryan A. Griffith, 18, Alderwood Circle, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, consumption of alcohol by a minor, operating a non-registered vehicle and failure to prove security against liability at 9:30 p.m.

Lisa K. Hunziker, 52, Ankeny, was charged with third-degree theft at 7:59 p.m.

Jonah A. Weirich, 21, S. Kellogg Ave., was charged with fifth-degree theft at 3:53 p.m.

Damian J. Gano, 21, Boone, was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense; failure to obey stop or yield sign and interference with official acts at 3:08 a.m.
