Wallace J. Franklin, 27, Stanton Ave., was charged with public intoxication, second offense; at 3:54 a.m.

Megan M. McCormick, 25, Jefferson, was charged with public intoxication at 3:54 a.m.

Emily C. Passauer, 23, Ankeny, was charged with public intoxication at 12:30 a.m.

Zachary T. Scriver, 20, Anamosa, was charged with public intoxication at 11:27 p.m.

Alexander V. Short, 19, Lynn Ave., was charged with public intoxication at 7:30 p.m.

Tyler J. Smith, 19, Fridley Noble, was charged with public intoxication at 7:20 p.m.

Nicholas L. Streeter, 19, Marshalltown, was charged with public intoxication at 7:04 p.m.

Songzhe Xu, 22, S. Oak Ave., was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense; at 12:55 a.m.

Peter L. Crew, 43,, Spencer, was charged with public intoxication at 2:10 a.m.

Paul E. Hart, 24, Cedar Falls, was charged with public intoxication at 12:21 a.m.

Kody E. Oppedahl, 24, West Des Moines, was charged with public intoxication at 12:08 a.m.

Katie J. Schmidt, 27, Turnberry Court, was charged with public intoxication at 2:07 a.m.

Travis M. See, 23, Curtiss Ave., was charged with public intoxication at 2:42 a.m.

Tyler J. Sledge, 21, Ontario Street, was charged with domestic assault with injury at 2:16 a.m.

Matthew J. Villhauer, 22, Colorado Circle, was charged with public intoxication at 1:20 a.m.

Logan R. Witt, 24, S. Franklin Ave., was charged with interference with official acts and public intoxication, at 1 a.m.

Sept. 2

Thomas D. Grimshaw, 58, Lake Charles, LA., was charged with fifth-degree theft and public intoxication at 8:40 p.m.

Daisy K. Lamb, 19, Grand Ave., was charged with fifth-degree criminal mischief at 11:30 p.m.

Justin M. Mowery, 24, Huxley, was charged with contempt of court, at 3 a.m.

Tyler J. Waltz, 21, Knapp Street, was charged with interference with official acts and public intoxication, second offense; at 1:58 a.m.
