Joshua Bartmess, 25, Indianola, was charged with third-degree theft – shoplifting, at 5:35 p.m.

Arthur V. Heldt, 20, Beach Avenue, was charged with minors prohibited on certain premises at 12:18 a.m.

Cory Lewellin, 31, Indianola, was charged with third-degree theft – shoplifting, at 5:35 p.m.

Zachary W. Palmer, 18, Huxley, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and interference with official acts at 2 a.m.

June 7

Brittany R. Bogler, 22, Coconino Road, was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense; at 12:35 a.m.

Bethany B. Fleming, 31, Nevada, was charged with a probation violation at 12:22 a.m.

Jill L. Leach, 40, Allerton, was charged with public intoxication at 4:23 a.m.

Francis J. Schneider, 22, Brown Court, was charged with public intoxication at 1:03 a.m.
