Aug. 13

Jenell Nyberg, 27, of Bluestem Ct. No. 31, was charged with fourth- and fifth-degree criminal mischief at 5:33 p.m.

Richard Rimel, 22, of Mortensen No. 624, was charged with drunken driving and open container violation at 2:42 a.m.

Terry Stromley, 49, of Carroll Avenue, was charged with probation violation and disorderly conduct at 5 p.m.

Michael Weese, 21, of Des Moines, was charged with contempt of court at 1 am.

Aug. 14

Darren Ancelet, 44, of Des Moines, was charged with providing false information to a peace officer at 9 p.m.

Justus Buckels, 19, of Meadow Place, was charged with probation violation and failure to appear at 9:15 a.m.

Ryan Kitchen, 19, of Mortensen No. 833, was charged with public intoxication at 2:48 a.m.

Peter Montalbano, 20, of 11th No. 5, was charged with probation violation at 9 a.m.
