Reports: Rep. Steve King Urges Delay in Immigration Talks after Boston Marathon Bombing

Congressman King said immigration laws should be aimed at national security.

A day after two bombs killed three people and injured nearly 200 others attending the Boston Marathon, Rep. Steve King, R-Kiron; said Congress should proceed on immigration reform with caution, according to an article in the USA Today.

Early reports suggested that a Saudi national was interviewed by law enforcement shortly after the attack.

"Some of the speculation that has come out is that yes, it was a foreign national and, speculating here, that it was a potentially a person on a student visa," King told National Review Online. "If that's the case, then we need to take a look at the big picture."
