Saint Patrick's Day Patrol Nabs 18
Ames Police released the results of their Saint Patrick's Day Patrol funded through state grants.

An Ames Police Saint Patrick's Day patrol March 14 to March 17 netted 18 arrests and citations, according to a release from the Police Department.
Five people were charged with operating while intoxicated, eight people were arrested for public intoxication and five people were cited for possession of alcohol under legal age.
The additional patrol was funded through Iowa Governor’s Traffic Safety Bureau grants.
