Shops at North Grand Open in November
An outparcel under construction at the North Grand Mall could be ready for tenants this fall.
An 8,800 square foot building rising on the south end of North Grand Mall near 24th Street will be ready for new tenants by November, according to a report in the Ames Tribune.
The construction is part of the ongoing redevelopment of the mall. GK Development declined to share what might be opening there.
A real estate site, Buzztarget.com says a 8,700 square foot structure would be available to tenants in the fall of 2013. Blueprints show spaces for, six units.
