If you are not too busy celebrating Easter this weekend or the fact that spring weather may actually have arrived you can catch a performance of Streetcar Named Desire, vote for the best looking flowers at Brunnier, learn how to ballroom dance and more.
ISU Theater
ISU Theater will perform a Streetcar Named Desire at Fisher Theater through the weekend. The performance takes place 7:30 p.m. Thursday through Saturday and 2 p.m. Sunday. Tickets are $8 to $16.

Brunnier in Bloom
Brunnier in Bloom: The Brunnier Art Museum's annual pairing of art and flowers is 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. The museum is on the second floor of the museum in the Scheman Building. A donation of $3 is suggested, but admittance is free.

Cross Products
Cross Products, a Christian a cappella group, will perform from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Friday at Zeke's on Lincoln Way.
Kris Lager Band
Kris Lager Band will perform 9 p.m. Friday at DG's Tap House. Tickets are $5. Deadnote will open. Patrons must be 21 to enter.
North Grand Farmer's Market
Select members of the North Grand Farmer's Market will be inside the mall Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Dance Social
The ISU Ballroom Dance Club will hold its Dance Social from 7:30 to 9:45 p.m. Friday at in the Forker Building. People should dress casually and indoor shoes or socks are required.
Planetarium Show
The ISU Planetarium in Physics Hall will host two planetarium shows about the night sky at 7 and 7:30 p.m. Friday. Free tickets will be passed out at the door at 6:45 p.m.

Jon Bon Jovi: The New Jersey rocker and his band will return to Des Moines on April 14 on the "Because We Can" Tour. Ticket prices start at $19.50. The event takes place at Wells Fargo Arena, Des Moines tickets for the Iowa show went on sale Dec. 3 at dahlstickets.com.
B.B. King Tickets: Blues guitarist B.B. King and his guitar, named Lucille, will be in town later this spring, but tickets are on sale now. The 87-year-old legend comes to Prairie Meadows on May 24. Tickets are $44-$84 and go on sale now through Ticketmaster.
Daniel Tosh: Tosh.0's Daniel Tosh will visit the Iowa State Center June 4. Tickets to his The June Gloom Tour go on sale Friday. He will present two shows one at 7 p.m. and another at 9:30 p.m. Tuesday June 4 at Stephen's Auditorium.
Fleetwood Mac: Fleetwood Mac plans to make a stop at the Wells Fargo Arena on June 26 to celebrate the 35th anniversary of the Rumours album. Tickets range from $49 to $149 plus fees through dahlstickets.com. The line up includes original members Mick Fleetwood and John McVie and Lindsey Buckingham and Stevie Nicks.
Taylor Swift: Country star Taylor Swift returns to Wells Fargo Arena on Aug. 1 with her Red tour. Tickets are on sale through dahls.tickets.com. Tickets range from $31.50 to $86.50 plus fees.
Justin Bieber: Pop star Justin Bieber will also make an appearance at the Wells Fargo Arena on July 7. Tickets are on sale now. Tickets range from $40 to $95.

Rodney Atkins: Country singer Rodney Atkins will christen the renovated Veterans Memorial convention center. The show is part of Atkins’ “Most Hits for the Money Tour,” spotlighting songs like “Take a Back Road,” “It’s America” and “These Are My People.” Josh Thompson and Tyler Farr open the show.

‘Snow White’ Ballet: Disney’s tale of a character who meets seven dwarfs and is tempted by an evil queen entertains, but the Ballet Des Moines presentation of “Snow White,” a classic German fairy tale collected by the Brothers Grimm, will awe. Ballet Des Moines’ resident professional company will perform with music by the Des Moines Community Orchestra. More than 100 amateur and local dancers also will perform.
