Tidy Cat Litter Helps ISU Recycle Glass (Photo of the Day)
These Tidy Cat litter pails will be used to collect glass for recycling at Iowa State University.
Iowa State University was searching for containers for its new laboratory glass recycling efforts and settled on plastic Tidy Cats litter pails. When the company discovered the project it donated more than 1,000 38 pound pails to the Raccoon Valley Animal Sanctuary & Rescue who will use the litter and then send clean empty pails to Iowa State University. The Raccoon Valley Animal shelter plans to share the donation with area shelters.
