Trick-or-Treat on Main Street in Ames
Ames Main Street businesses hosted a slew of goblins, princesses, cowgirls and monkeys for a midmorning to early afternoon Trick-or-Treat on Wednesday.
A number of costumed children visited downtown Ames businesses for a treat Wednesday.
The City of Ames suggested Trick-or-Treat hours run from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday but children wearing a costume can also pick up a treat from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. at the Ames Public Library, and from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at North Grand Mall.
