Ankeny Building Permit Report for August

The city of Ankeny has released its August 2013 building permit report.

In total, the city issued 231 building permits during the month of August, for a grand total of more than $41 million in planned construction. About the same amount, 225 building permits, were issued in August of 2012.

The city has issued 1,433 building permits this year, 83 more than in the same time period last year.
