Ankeny High School Celebrates Homecoming Week

The Ankeny High School will begin celebrating its homecoming week today. 

The weeklong celebration culminates with a football game, 7:30 p.m. Friday against Ames Little Cyclones. A Homecoming dance is scheduled for 8 p.m. Saturday in the Ankeny High School cafeteria.

Monday

Under the Lights Day - wear your UTL team t-Shirts Under the Lights team event @ 7:30 PM on AHS Baseball Field

Tuesday

ER Day - dress up as an occupation or hobby that ends in ER - teacher, brick layer, dancer, etc.

Wednesday

Under the Sea dress up day - think fish, coral, whales, ship wreck, etc.

Thursday

Throwback Day - wear costumes from a different era

Friday 

Spirit Day - Show your Hawk Pride 4:30 - Sophomore Football game @ NV Stadium 7 p.m. - Varsity Football game vs Ames @ NV Stadium

Saturday 

Dance - 8 - 11 PM in AHS Cafeteria
