Ankeny High School Scores Superior at Dance Camp

The Ankeny High School Dance Team earned a superior ribbon at the Universal Dance Association’s Elite Camp the last week in July in Coralville, Iowa.

Team members had to learn a new routine in two days, for which they received the superior ribbon, the competition's highest honor. Ankeny High School's dance team also earned the Sportsmanship Award. Team members Faith Brookes, Brittany Carlson, and Kaci Shupe qualified to attend the New Year’s Day Parade in London.
