City Of Ankeny: West First Street Closing For Sanitary Sewer Repair Starting March 11

West First Street, from School Street to Ankeny Boulevard, will be fully closed to eastbound and westbound traffic starting at 8:30 A.M. on Friday, March 11. This closure is necessary to make a repair to the existing sanitary sewer underneath West First Street in the vicinity of SW Logan Street. West First Street will be fully reopened to traffic no later than 7 a.m. on Monday, March 21. A detour will route traffic to NW 18th Street via N. Ankeny Boulevard and NW Ash Street – view detour map.
