Hy-Vee at Prairie Trail Opens Tuesday

Hy-Vee at Prairie Trail, as well as a branch of the Veridian Credit Union, are set to open Tuesday.

The pharmacy within the store was expected to open Monday, according to the Hy-Vee website.

Ankeny's second Hy-Vee is located at 2510 SW State St.

The 92,000 square foot store will include a gas station and convenience store, and amenities similar to the new stores that just opened in Waukee and Urbandale.

The new Hy-Vee will open at 6 a.m.

The store's bakery will open at 5 a.m. and most other departments will open at 6 a.m., according to hours posted online.
