Lillian L. Lewedag, 51, S. Ankeny Blvd., was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense; and failure to have a valid license at 5:41 p.m.

Alisa K. Jones, 31, Des Moines, was charged with third-degree theft at 11:05 a.m.

Kimberly B. Stellpflug, 27, W. First St., was charged with fifth-degree theft at 7:19 a.m.

Aug. 8

Estella Ann Payton, 32, NW College Ave., was charged with domestic abuse with injury and obstruction of emergency communications at 3:22 p.m.

Nicholas J. Olinger, 18, NW Heritage Ave., was charged with possession of marijuana at 9:59 p.m.

Aug. 9

Raul Sarmiento, 28, Des Moines, was charged with driving while barred at 10:23 p.m.

Vizcaino Y. Gomez, 40, Des Moines, was charged with driving while license denied or revoked and operating while intoxicated, first offense; at 12:24 a.m.

Corey T. Grim, 28, Des Moines, was charged with driving while license denied or revoked at 11:59 p.m.

Rickey J. Robbins, 47, SE Belmont Drive, was charged with operating while intoxicated, second offense; at 1:47 a.m.

Aug. 10

Tessa L. Davis, 34, Des Moines, was charged with third-degree theft at 4:59 p.m.

Aug. 11

Chelsey A. Telleen, 28, Newton, was charged with fifth-degree theft at 8:33 p.m.
