Tdap Vaccine Certificate Due Oct. 15
A reminder for 7th graders to turn in Tdap immunization records in Ankeny Community School News.
Seventh graders have until Oct. 15 to turn in an immunization certificate that shows they have received the new Tdap vaccine that protects against tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis.
State law requires the new vaccine for all seventh graders. Students who fail to bring proof of the vaccine to their respective school offices will not be allowed to attend school after Oct. 15.
