May 22:
Zachary James Brewer, 21, male, of 1315-9 W. First St., arrested at 9:19 a.m. at the same location, charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, assault and obstructing emergency phone call.
May 23:
Nicholas Robert Clark, 27, male, of Waterloo, arrested at 12:48 a.m. at Rainbow Drive and Waterloo Road, charged with possession of marijuana.
May 28:
Ashley Noelle Miller, 19, female, of Waterloo, arrested at 6:56 p.m. at Scheels, charged with fifth-degree theft.
Allen Alvin Barkhausen, 60, male, of Shell Rock, arrested at 9:25 p.m. at 2425 Center St., charged with operating while intoxicated or drugged.
May 29:
Adam Sharkey, no middle name, 46, of 1528 Maplewood Lane, arrested at 3:34 a.m. at Maplewood Lane and Rownd Street, charged with habitual offender/barred.
