Absentee voting for the November 2 City/School Election continues through November 1. Courthouse hours will be as follows:

Wednesday, October 27: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Thursday, October 28: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

Friday, October 29: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Saturday, October 30: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm

Monday, November 1: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Absentee ballots may no longer be requested by mail. Ballots being returned by mail must be received at the Election Office (including by deposit in the ballot drop box by the courthouse) by 8:00 pm on Tuesday, November 2.

The Election Office is on the second floor of the Black Hawk County Courthouse, 316 E. 5th St., Waterloo.

The polls will be open on Election Day from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm.
