Darrell Deshay Lanier, 19, male, of Waterloo, arrested at 6 p.m. at the Black Hawk County Jail, charged with third-degree and second degree burglary.
Mikal Dequavious Davis, 18, male, of Waterloo, arrested at 6:06 p.m. at the Black Hawk County Jail, charged with third-degree and second degree burglary.
Qunshaundes Davion McNealy, 18, male, of Waterloo, arrested at 6:11 p.m. at the Black Hawk County Jail, charged with third-degree and second degree burglary.
June 13:
Heaven Jean-Marie Rutter, 19, female, of Waterloo, arrested at 3:57 p.m. at Black Hawk Road and Cedar Heights Drive, charged with fifth-degree theft.
Megan Elizabeth Bonefas, 20, female, of Waterloo, arrested at 3:57 p.m. at Black Hawk Road and Cedar Heights Drive, charged with fifth-degree theft, driving while license suspended - simple misdemeanor and driving while license revoked.
Brittaney Kay Reiter, 19, female, of Waterloo, arrested at 3:57 p.m. at Black Hawk Road and Cedar Heights Drive, charged with fifth-degree theft.
Randall Lee Thompson Jr., 24, male, of 1728 Adams St., arrested at 10:27 p.m. at the same location, charged with sale or manufacture of class I, II, II substances.
