Police Report: Florida Man Gropes 12-Year-Old Girl While Armed and Drunk at Sturgis Falls

A Florida man is accused of groping a young girl while drunk at Gateway Park during Sturgis Falls on Sunday.
Cedar Falls police arrested Joseph Patrick Cummings, 26, of Englewood, FL, at 7:53 p.m. Sunday after carnival workers complained to officers that a man was making inappropriate comments to women and alleged grabbed the breasts of a girl around 12-years-old.
Police said Cummings smelled of alcohol and was unsteady on his feet. He later blew a .245 blood-alcohol level. Police said he was carrying a spring-loaded knife.
Cummings was charged with public intoxication and carrying weapons.
