Zachary Joseph Perkovich, 22, male, of 2109-52 College St., arrested at 1:37 a.m. at the same location, charged with possession of marijuana.

Joshua Derek Henely, 23, male, of 2109-52 College St., arrested at 1:37 a.m. at the same location, charged with possession of marijuana and possession of prescription drugs.

James Michael Riggs, 32, male, of Waterloo, arrested at 8:09 a.m. at the Cedar Falls Police Station, charged with possession of weapons by a felon.

Christy May Rutter, 35, female, of 3302-57 Emerald Road, arrested at 1:18 p.m. at the same location, charged with failure to appear, criminal.
