Andrew Richard Bouska, 39, male, of 4602-9 Ashworth Drive, arrested at 2:38 a.m. at Second Street and Main Street, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first-degree.

Jacob David Snay, 18, of Oelwein, arrested at 2:46 p.m. at 525 Brandilynn Blvd., charged with fifth-degree theft.

Joshua Harken Giles, 19, male, of 2005-1021 Campus St., arrested at 9:35 p.m. at 2115-27 College St., charged with possession of marijuana.

Alyssa Ann Leibfried, 19, female, of 2900 Hudson Road, Noren 380, arrested at 12:04 a.m. at 2214 College St., charged with providing false ID information.
