March 13:
Jordan Todd Rathbone, 22, male, of 2024 Fairview Drive, arrested at 1:11 p.m. at the same location, charged with possession of prescription drugs.
Kevin Cooper Groomes, 20, male, of 621 W. 20th St., arrested at 8:48 p.m. at East Seerley Boulevard and Highway 58, charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
