Julie Ann Zamora, 27, female, of Waterloo, arrested at 9:39 p.m. at Walmart, charged with fourth-degree theft.

Jordan Renae Anderson Haddeman, 18, female, of Waterloo, arrested at 9:39 p.m. at Walmart, charged with fourth-degree theft.

March 6:

James Albert Ellingson, 20, male, of 923 Barnett Drive, arrested at 1:05 a.m. at the same location, charged with third-degree intoxication.

Ingrid Virginia Folkers, 21, female, of 821 W. Second St., arrested at 2:14 a.m. at Third Street and Main Street, charged with consumption in public/intoxication.
