Feb. 22:

Matthew Taylor Goodman, 22, male, of 3208 Sunray Drive, arrested at 1:04 a.m. at Sixth Street and Main Street, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first-degree.

Aaron Mitchel Mangan, 21, male, of Clinton, arrested at 1:32 a.m. at 610 W. First St., charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief.

Feb. 24:

Cody Lee Hoff, 25, male, of 601 W. 12th St., arrested at 1:07 a.m. at Second Street and Main Street, charged with second-degree intoxication.

Sara Marie Welp, 22, female, of 212 Spruce Hills Drive, arrested at 2:21 a.m. at the 100 block of West Fourth Street, charged with consumption in public/intoxication.
