Leandra Anita Shawna Hughes, 19, female, of 1813-16 W. Eighth St., arrested at 1:23 p.m. at the same location, charged with failure to appear, criminal.

Feb. 13:

Keaton Reid Hollenback, 20, male, of 2124-523 W. 27th St., arrested at 12:29 a.m. at the same location, charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Andrew James White, 22, male, of 1913.5-2 College St., arrested at 1:09 a.m. at 406 Main St., charged with consumption in public/intoxication and disorderly conduct.

Andrew Dean Gustin, 21, male, of 2310-C Melrose Drive, arrested at 8:43 p.m. at Hy-Vee, charged with fifth-degree theft.

Feb. 14:

Paul Byron Leonard, 23, male, of Waterloo, arrested at 6:23 a.m. at Highway 58 and University Avenue, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first-degree.
